Small Business Guru Launches Global Initiative for Entrepreneurship

Some people truly walk their talk. At a time when many Americans are pushing for more and more isolation, and concerned about work being exported overseas, Steven Van Yoder recognizes the inter-connectedness of the global economy. He believes a thriving economy in developing nations creates a thriving global economy, and he believes that entrepreneurial education, not traditionally a part of many cultures, is the key to economic growth in those countries.
Yoder has enlisted the support of some of the top marketing and entrepreneurial individuals and organizations to develop mentorship and partnership programs to promote local entrepreneurship in the developing world. He recently embarked on a trip to Southeast Asia to launch the program, and is posting daily to his travel journal. He hopes this will encourage other entrepreneurs to share their time and expertise at whatever level they can.
