Clayton Christensen's book, The Innovator's Dilemma, was just recently updated and released as a new edition. The book takes a look at the problem innovative companies face when their revolutionary product becomes mainstream.
I highly recommend the book for those planning on capitalizing on disruptive innovation. But while the book focuses beautifully on the strategic, corporate issues of innovation and competition, I wanted to take a look at the more deeply personal issues that an entrepreneur faces when his identity becomes inextricably tied to his innovation.
