Ever since the tech industry downturn, venture capital has been much harder to come by, and more and more entrepreneurs are turning to angel investors for their financing. Angel investors are typically more lenient in their requirements and expectations than venture capitalists or investment bankers.

But the shift towards angel investors has started to create an apparent shortage there, as well. Andy Birol, one of the country's top business growth coaches, wonders, though, is there really a shortage of angel investors? Or just too many unfundable ideas?
