Intrapreneur or Entrepreneur? Should I Stay Or Should I Go?

I've had the opportunity of being an intrapreneur a couple of times in my life. It sounds great — you get to entrepreneurial, but with someone else's money, and you get a share of the success, while still getting a steady paycheck. But it's never quite that simple.
