Presenting Small Business Financial Statements to a Lender

Depending on the size of the loan you're seeking, you may not be required to submit a full business plan, just financial statements. These include a recent balance sheet, a profit and loss statement, a statement of cash flows, and notes to the financial statements. Here are a few tips on preparing them for your lender.
