I don't normally talk much about my work outside of About.com, but this week I'm making an exception. For the past two-and-a-half years, I've been working on my first book, The Virtual Handshake: Opening Doors and Closing Deals Online (coauthored with David Teten and published by American Management Association), about how entrepreneurs and other professionals can build and sustain virtual business relationships. And it just finally rolled off the printing press last week!
