Fit for Business - Can You Afford Not to Exercise?

Do you have a tendency to get caught up in your work, grab quick meals, a little bit of time with family, then go back to work, only to realize at the end of the day that you've spent most of your day sitting on your rear? I'll tell you right now -- this is my biggest weak spot.

We all know better. If I ask you to list the most important things in your life, your health would certainly be one of them. But moment to moment, day to day, we so often don't make the healthy choices.

Gillian Hood-Gabrielson says that finding the time to exercise isn't just good for your bottom, it's good for your bottom line, and has some tips to offer busy entrepreneurs on ways to help justify making the healthy choice for your body and your business:
