Microsoft Offers $100,000+ for Most Innovative Business Idea

Wednesday November 22, 2006
In support of the launch of their free Office Accounting Express 2007 package, Microsoft announced recently a competition to find the most creative small-business idea in America. The winner will receive $100,000 cash, a Manhattan retail storefront for one year, plus software, hosting and other technology infrastructure from Microsoft.

Applications, contest rules and additional information are available at IdeaWins.com. Submissions will be accepted through Jan. 31, 2007. A three-judge panel will review the highest scoring applications to determine four finalists who will be announced in February, and the winner will be chosen in March by the general public.

Sounds like a great opportunity!
