First-Time Manager Tips

As entrepreneurs we have to wear a lot of different hats when first starting out. But as you grow, you quickly find that you outrun not only your available bandwidth, but also your skills. At some point, it's time to get additional help - maybe an occasional freelancer, maybe some steady part-time help, and eventually full-time employees.
