Continuing on with the second part in a series on writing a business plan, let's turn now to the business concept and value proposition section. At this point, your reader is already has a basic idea of what your business is about from the executive summary. This is now your chance to explain your business model in more detail: what products and services you will offer to what market, as well as your unique value proposition -- what differentiates you from your competition.
