Why is your business unique and what's your pitch?
Elementool is a provider of integrated, web-based project management tools. Using Elementool's project management dashboard, software developers can focus their energies on developing a great application, rather than opening and signing into several different tools. All the project management tools and applications needed, are available in one spot, and from one dashboard.
What led you to start the business?
In software development and project management, there was a need for a tool which would speed things up. Developers were spending so much time on little tasks, like attaching files or searching for certain issues in a spreadsheet. It was obvious that this time was costing employers money in wasted productivity. The idea was to use a commercial server, so that users could access the software from anywhere in the world, through the web. In development environments in particular, there is a lot of outsourcing or developers working remotely. Elementool Issue Tracking made it easy for developers to log, share, update and find bugs in software, allowing them to be more productive, which saves the company's money.
Lessons Learned
- I learned that the key to customer service is organized and regular contact with clients and flexibility.
